Exchanges & returns

At Amstel Art Tiles, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Not completely satisfied with your tile(s)? You can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt . Always follow the steps below first.

Step-by-step plan for returning or exchanging

1. Complete the return form
Want to return or exchange an item? Always complete the returns form first. Send the form to info@amstelarttiles.nl

2. Receive instructions
After receiving your return form, we will contact you within 2 business days with further instructions and the return address.

3. Return the product
Pack the tile(s) securely, preferably in the original packaging, and return the package according to our instructions.
Please note: You will be responsible for the costs and risk of returning the product.

4. Confirmation & Refund
After receiving and inspecting the product, you will receive a refund of the purchase price within 7 days, or, in the case of an exchange, we will send you the new product.

Return & Exchange Terms & Conditions

  • You can return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
  • The tile(s) must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
  • Please note: Personalized or custom-made tiles cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a printing or manufacturing error.
  • Damaged or incorrectly delivered? Complete the returns form immediately and attach clear photos.
