Order

How can I order a tile?
You can easily order your favorite tile through our Shopify webshop . You can also send us a DM on Instagram (@amstelarttiles) with your question or order.

Can I have a personalized tile made?
Absolutely! We also create custom tiles with your own text or design. Send us a message on Instagram or use the form in our webshop.

What is the delivery time?
Standard tiles ship within 2-3 business days. Personalized tiles ship within 4-5 business days.

Product information

How big are the tiles?
Our standard tiles are 15x15 cm. Other sizes are available upon request.

What material are the tiles made of?
We use high-quality ceramic tiles, printed with durable transfer technology for a long lifespan.

Are the tiles heat and water resistant?
Yes, our tiles are suitable for indoor use and are resistant to heat and moisture. We do not recommend prolonged outdoor use.

Prices & Payment

How can I pay?
You can pay securely through Shopify using iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and other popular payment methods. If you order through Instagram, you'll receive a payment request via Tikkie or iDEAL.

Shipping & Returns

Do you also ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship within Europe. Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the webshop or can be arranged via DM.

Can I return my order?
Standard tiles can be returned within 30 days (provided they are undamaged). Custom tiles cannot be returned unless there was an error on our part.

This is just something different from the usual decorations. The colors are bright and the print is nice and sharp. The tile is really funny and has a great print. It was glued a little crooked in the box, but I didn't care because it was all about the contents. 🙂 I would definitely buy it again.
